Filing A Complaint

Consumers may file complaints with the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission regarding New Motor Vehicle Dealers and their sales, management, or finance staff, which are licensed by this Commission.

Please read and follow the instructions on the complaint form.

Submit the completed form, along with support documentation, to this office via mail, fax or email.
