This Commission licenses new motor vehicle dealers, manufacturers, distributors, and salespersons for the following industries: automobiles, trucks, motor homes, RV towables, motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, UTVs, low-speed, emergency, and specialty vehicles.
This Commission monitors and regulates advertising. The agency oversees disputes between dealers and manufacturers and consumers and dealers.
