Daily Rentals

General Information

Fleet Management's Daily Rental program offers vehicles for agencies to rent up to a maximum of 30 days.

Rates:
- All vehicles are at a flat rate, and Fleetster will display the estimated cost before booking is complete.
- Tolls, fuel, and unlimited mileage are all included with the Daily Rental rate.

Refueling:
- Rental vehicles must be refueled by customers at the time of return.
- FlexFuel vehicles must be refueled with E-85.

Reservations: Reservations can be made through the Fleetster website or the mobile app. A confirmation email will be sent once complete.

OMES Risk Management’s Auto Liability Program: Provides insurance coverage to state employees while in the Scope of Employment only; it does not cover any individual failing to meet the definition of an employee under the Oklahoma Governmental Tort Claims Act.

Fleet Management Vehicle Physical Damage: Coverage is provided by Fleet Management and included in the vehicle rental rate with no deductible to the renting agency when a driver is not at fault. However, repetitive loss caused by a driver may result in separate charges back to the agency and/or additional constraints on a driver imposed by OMES Risk Management.
