Oklahoma City - Law changes from the 2021 legislative session decreased the total FY 22 certified collections by $147,975,134, or 2.2%, and the certified appropriations authority by $140,576,378, or 2.1%. The overall total budget, which includes both certified and authorized funds, has increased by $308,334,399, or 3.2%, since the February Board of Equalization certification. The Legislature appropriated $9,064,748,251, leaving $884,062,089 in unencumbered/unspent. After the close of the fiscal year, the General Revenue Fund will be reconciled, and at that time a determination will be made regarding a deposit to the Constitutional Reserve Fund.
