Each October, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the National Cybersecurity Alliance host Cybersecurity Awareness Month to educate consumers on the importance of cybersecurity for all industries, organizations and personal use.

The State of Oklahoma and OMES Cyber Command have partnered with CISA and NSCA to share this year’s theme: Do Your Part. Be Cyber Smart. This year’s campaign emphasizes the role individuals play in online safety and stress the importance of taking proactive steps to enhance cybersecurity at home and in the workplace.

Check out the different themes that occur each week this October to emphasize the education of cybersecurity:

  1. Be Cyber Smart.

  3. Explore. Experience. Share.

  4. Cybersecurity First.
