Effective Nov. 1, 2025, all Civil Service Division hearings will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams, unless one of the party participants requests an in-person hearing. These hearings are open to the public. To view a hearing, please send your request to civilservicedivision@omes.ok.gov.

Requested in-person hearings are conducted at the Denver Davison building, located at 1915 N. Stiles Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
