Agencies have always been required to identify an IT stakeholder before submitting an IT RFP. Historically, a standard Project Initiation Request (PIR) was required for all IT stakeholder assignments; however, we realize this process was causing undue delay in the identification of an IT stakeholder.

To streamline this operation, OMES Information Services has updated the request process. Please review the recent CPO Announcement to learn about the new process and guidelines.

The SW1044M contract for eDiscovery expired on May 19. Moving forward, agencies may submit a States Records Request in ServiceNow to initiate and supplement eDiscovery services.
