This April, OMES will upgrade PeopleSoft Financials to version PUM 53, which will provide a better user experience and new system features. The upgrade will be implemented statewide on Monday, April 20.

While we do not anticipate any disruptions to agencies' standard operations, please note the key steps below:

• Monday, April 6: A code freeze will begin for new system modifications, design changes or technical development. 
• Friday, April 17: PeopleSoft will be offline for maintenance starting at 5 p.m. and will remain unavailable through the weekend. 
• Monday, April 20: The upgraded version of PeopleSoft Financials will be available to all users, and the code freeze will end.

OMES Central Purchasing recently clarified that Form CP004, the non-collusion certification, is not required for purchases off statewide contracts.

The State Use Procurement Schedule, which lists all products and services available from qualified suppliers, is now integrated on the statewide contract search site, enabling agencies to conveniently access all relevant contract information within one platform.

The items listed below have been added to State Use contracts and are updated on the Procurement Schedule.

SW2005SU CLEAN MAINT PROD:

• Maxim acid bowl cleaner (PS# 8494).

SW2007SU OFFICE HOUSE PROD:

• Custom award – insulated full-zip puffer jacket (PS# 8484).
• Zebra Sarasa Fineliner pen ZEB66110 (PS# 3202).

The prices for the items below have been updated and are reflected on the statewide contract search site.

SW2008SU FOOD BEVERAGE PROD:

• Community Coffee 24-count K-Cup coffee, all flavors (PS# 8460).
• Community Coffee Café Special 40-count 2-ounce filter pack coffee (PS# 8460).
• Community Coffee Café Special filter pack decaf coffee (PS# 8460)
• Community Coffee Café Special fraction pack coffee (PS# 8460).

The new regional service map categorizes the State Use suppliers for each service contract (SW2001SU, SW2002SU, SW2003SU and SW2004SU) by geographic region. This tool helps agencies quickly identify and connect with available suppliers in their area. 

The following statewide contracts are currently open for bids:

• SW0113: High school equivalency assessment testing.
• SW0165M: Medical and industrial gas.
• SW0766M: Milk and dairy products.
• SW0455M: Construction equipment parts and services.
