MyOK Staffing and Services portal now available

The MyOK Staffing and Services portal is now available statewide. This new platform modernizes how agencies engage with suppliers for staffing and services projects, increases transparency and strengthens compliance with competitive bidding requirements.

All state agencies are required to use the portal when hiring contractors under the following statewide contracts:

  • SW1025: IT staff augmentation services
  • SW1050: Deliverables-based IT services (DBITS)
  • SW0132M: Non-IT temporary staffing services
  • SW0133M: Non-IT consulting services
  • SW0138M: Well plugging

To prepare for the launch, OMES Central Purchasing has coordinated with agency purchasing and hiring staff to configure approval workflows and complete the necessary onboarding steps. Training materials and user guides are available on the Agency MyOK Staffing and Services webpage.


FY 2026 Cost Savings Reports due Sept. 1

Fiscal year 2026 Cost Savings Reports are due Tuesday, Sept. 1. Agencies should complete OMES Form CP094 to document savings incurred in FY 2026 through the application of best-spend practices. 

Note: If your agency utilizes OMES Finance Agency Business Services (ABS) for purchasing, ABS will report on your agency's behalf.

New state fleet card policy issued

The State of Oklahoma Fleet Card Policy and Procedures took effect July 1. The new policy applies only to agencies that own their vehicles and manage their own Comdata fleet card accounts.

Supplier complaint form now available on statewide contract site

Agencies can now submit supplier complaints through the Supplier Performance Complaint form on the statewide contract search site. This update improves recordkeeping, eliminates duplicative review steps and offers a more user-friendly experience for agencies and statewide partners.

OCI product catalog now available on statewide contract site

The Oklahoma Correctional Industries (OCI) product catalog is now available on the statewide contract search site under SW3000. Agencies should work directly with OCI to obtain quotes or request any necessary exceptions.

SW0070 now mandatory

SW0070 for furniture and related products is now SW0070M, shifting to mandatory status. Effective immediately, whenever an OCI exception is granted, SW0070M becomes the mandatory alternative for furniture purchases.


Statewide Contracts

Awarded contracts

The following statewide contracts were recently awarded:

  • SW0670M: Aggregate and stone materials.
  • SW0815: Relocatable modular buildings.

Statewide contracts are available to Oklahoma state agencies, municipalities, institutes of higher education, public and charter school districts, and other local governmental units.
