Level III gas stations required for Comdata fuel transactions
Beginning July 1, Comdata fuel transactions on all cards will be limited to Level III gas stations with payment at the pump only.
Level III stations provide enhanced transaction details, including fuel type, gallons pumped and price per gallon. Visit the OMES CAM Fleet Management Driver Resources page to locate Level III gas stations in each region of the state.

PeopleSoft Financials upgraded to PUM 53
PeopleSoft Financials was recently upgraded to version PUM 53. If you experience any issues as you explore the updated system, please clear your browser cache and cookies as an initial troubleshooting step. If the issues continue, please submit a ServiceNow request for assistance.

Project Initiation Request (PIR) updated in ServiceNow
The Project Initiation Request (PIR) in ServiceNow has been updated to include a drop-down menu with three request types:
- IT purchase request: Select this option for new IT purchases from a supplier.
- AI review request: Select this option if your agency wants to explore or implement AI.
- IT project request: This category is available for all other standard project requests, specifically those requiring OMES resources or staff to execute the project.

State Use Program
Ordering State Use items on Staples website
OMES Central Purchasing has developed a new user guide for ordering State Use items on the Staples website. The guide provides step-by-step instructions for identifying the correct SW2007SU supplier and locating their items on the Staples website.
As a reminder, the Staples portal is available for convenience, but it is not mandatory. Agencies may also order items on SW2007SU directly from the appropriate State Use supplier.

The items listed below have been added to SW2007SU (PS# 8484) and are updated on the Procurement Schedule.
- Custom award: Charm bracelet/key chain (initial purchase).
- Custom award: Charm bracelet/key chain (years of service).
- Custom award: Charm bracelet/key chain (custom charm design).
Note: The employee charm bracelets and charms are available as on-the-job performance recognition or employee productivity awards. They may be purchased in addition to longevity awards, but not in place of longevity awards. In accordance with 74 O.S. § 4115A, agencies must purchase longevity recognition lapel pins from the awarded SW0115M supplier.
New products added: Garvin County (Valley Laser)
The items listed below have been added to SW2007SU (PS# 3204) and are updated on the Procurement Schedule.
- Lexmark 66S1000-LEX standard yield toner cartridge (5,000 pages).
- Lexmark 66S1H00-LEX high yield toner cartridge (28,400 pages).

- SW0113: High school equivalency assessment training.
- SW0776M: Traffic stripe mark.
