Jim Thorpe Repair Expenditure Oversight Committee

Jim Thorpe Repair Expenditure Oversight Committee was created in 2022 to approve the expenditure of funds for repairs to the interior and exterior of the Jim Thorpe Office Building. The expenditure of funds is subject to a request for proposal process.

The committee is composed of nine members three of which are appointed by the Governor, one serving as chair. The Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tem of the State Senate shall each appoint three members. Two of the members appointed by each of the legislative leaders shall be members of the majority political party and one a member of the minority political party.
