The Ombudsman Program serves residents in Oklahoma’s long-term care facilities, including nursing homes, assisted living and similar adult care homes. An ombudsman helps improve the quality of life and quality of care available to long-term care facility residents


Nursing Facility Care
Nursing Facility services are those services furnished pursuant to a physician's orders which care requires the skill of technical or professional personnel.

Affordable Assisted Living
Assisted Living is a service option available to eligible participants through the Home and Community-Based ADvantage Waiver program

Home and Community Based Services
Eligible participants can receive assistance transitioning from a nursing facility back into the community or into an Assisted Living, from an ADvantage Case Manager.  In home Personal Care and Skilled Nursing are services provided to eligible participants through the Home and Community-Based ADvantage Waiver program.
