Assisted Living services is a step between independently living at home and requiring full-time nursing care services in a nursing home facility. Assisted Living provides personal care and supportive services to ADvantage waiver Members, allowing them to reside in a homelike, non-institutional setting where staff is available to provide care as needed. Assisted Living facilities offer services such as: daily meals, housekeeping, laundry, medication assistance, personal care, intermittent or unscheduled nursing, and assistance with transfer and ambulation as well as social, recreational, and exercise opportunities.

Any ADvantage Member can request the Assisted Living Service option through their ADvantage Case Manager.
