The Community Planner plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth (OCCY) by fostering collaboration, innovation, and results across Oklahoma’s child- and family-serving systems. This position coordinates statewide initiatives designed to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families through effective partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and community engagement.

The role strengthens systems alignment by promoting evidence-informed strategies, cultivating relationships with public and private partners, and ensuring the voices of youth and families shape program and policy development.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, and will be able to navigate complex systems and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
