This training is for MDT Coordinators. When stepping into the role of an MDT coordinator, some may find themselves having many questions that do not seem to have any clear answers. While there is not one right way to run a Multidisciplinary Team, having the basic principles and knowledge can help you navigate running a functional team. Participants will leave this training with a place to start when figuring out how to run their MDTs. Information that will be presented includes the functionality and structure of MDTs, what information and documentation are required to be a functioning team, and how to run a meeting with a "typical case staffing" component.
