Investigation and prosecution of technology-facilitated crimes against children must be prioritized. This workshop will provide current best practices for prosecution of technology-facilitated crimes against children. Participants will gain understanding and applications of trial strategies that effectively utilize common evidence in cases of online child exploitation.
