Oklahoma owned and operated since our beginning in 1994, PVCS offers access to unlimited quality eye care services and wholesale cost for popular eyewear when needed. Using a network of selected independent optometrists and ophthalmologists, PVCS provides a competitive vision care benefit with quality services, as many pairs of prescription glasses as wanted and/or annual supply of contact lenses per plan year, all covered by the plan wholesale purchase benefit.
