All Service Oklahoma SOPs will be housed here on the intranet, ensuring everyone has access to the most up-to-date process documentation. Once a new or revised SOP is approved by the Subject Matter Expert (SME), submit it to Vanessa Spaeth, Service Oklahoma’s Internal Communications Manager, for posting.
