We take great pride in acknowledging the hard work of our teammates and the impact they make each day. By living out our core values—pioneering, authentic, reliable, neighborly and trusted teammates—our teams set the standard for delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers, partner groups and one another. Recognition programs built around these values allow us to celebrate those who go above and beyond and reinforce our shared commitment to a culture of appreciation.
Each quarter, we recognize outstanding employees who have truly excelled in their roles. This is your opportunity to nominate a colleague who has gone above and beyond in their work. Each quarter, six employees who have demonstrated excellence in their roles will be selected as Employees of the Quarter.
Nominations are due by the last day of each quarter.
This ongoing online recognition program allows employees to celebrate and appreciate each other's contributions. When you submit a High Five, your appreciation reaches not just them, but also their supervisor and our executive team.
Did a coworker step up and help you with a challenging project? See someone delivering outstanding customer service? Want to express how much you appreciate a teammate? Give them a High Five!
