Yesterday, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services implemented a new Windows update. This update, known as Windows Hello for Business, increases account security.

On Oct. 23, we’re hosting a blood drive at HQ! The Oklahoma Blood Institute (OBI) mobile blood drive will be available at Building 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Building 4 and Building 5 from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. 

There's still time to Trick or Treat Your Teammate by purchasing a Halloween-themed treat bag to show appreciation to a colleague. 

Water service has been restored near our Headquarters campus. Buildings that were affected by the water main break will reopen at noon today, Monday, Oct. 20.

Due to the ongoing water main break near our Headquarters campus, Buildings 4 and 5 will have a delayed opening Monday, Oct. 20. Building 16 currently has water service and will remain open.

It’s an exciting time for Project BOOST! Oklahoma’s new driver license and upgraded motor vehicle system remains on track for launch on Presidents' Day Weekend in February 2026.

As of 9:50 a.m. this morning, the statewide network issues that affected multiple state agencies have been resolved. D360 and MVOneLink are operational, along with our internet and phone systems.

As of this morning, Wednesday Aug. 13, we are currently experiencing a statewide network outage that is affecting multiple state agencies. 

We’re excited to share that a new Administrative Request Form is now available on the intranet to help streamline requests across the agency. 

The statewide network issues that impacted multiple state agencies have now been resolved. D360 and MVOneLink are operational along with our internet and phone systems. 

The Virtual Leadership Office Hours scheduled for this afternoon, Aug. 12, is postponed due to the statewide network outage affecting internet and phone service.

We are currently experiencing a statewide network outage, preventing access to emails and phone lines. We are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are aware of scam messages individuals may have received claiming to be from the “Department of Motor Vehicles” regarding unpaid traffic violations. These messages are part of a nationwide text message scam known as smishing and are not legitimate.

A statewide press release was issued today reminding boat owners that registration renewals for all motorized boats must be completed by July 1. 

We’ve planned two baseball outings for staff, one in OKC and one in Tulsa. It’s a great opportunity to kick back, connect with teammates and enjoy a day of summer fun with friends and family.

Collection boxes are now in place at every Service Oklahoma location, and we’re ready to start gathering non-perishable food items. All donations will go directly to local food pantries.

Expand will begin repair work on Parking Garage 4—the parking facility assigned to Building 16 employees and located southwest of Building 16—on Tuesday, March 18.

The intranet is now set as the home page on all SOK computers! There’s nothing you need to do—this update has already been applied, putting everything you need right at your fingertips. 

A statewide news release is being issued today, March 13, announcing the return of Seasonal Saturdays, expanding access to driver license and REAL ID services ahead of the May 7, 2025 federal deadline. 

A D360 update is scheduled for the evening of March 6, 2025. Please restart your workstations Friday morning.

We’re excited to announce that KnowTo Drive, our new online written knowledge exam and testing platform, is officially live!

Feb. 10 is the final day to place your orders for our "Valentine Your Coworker" event. Valentines are two for $1, and are the perfect way to brighten your teammates day with a card and treat delivered on Feb. 14.

A D360 update is scheduled for tonight, Feb. 6, 2025. This build will include changes to Court Ordered Stays, and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (DACH) Deficiency Overrides. 

There’s still time to brighten a coworker’s day this Valentine’s Day by sending them a Valentine!

We have received an AAMVA report that the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (DACH) is experiencing intermittent issues nationwide. As a result, CDLIS transactions connecting to the Clearinghouse may experience errors.
