Employee Recognition

We take great pride in acknowledging the hard work of our teammates. These programs reflect our shared commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition.

This ongoing online recognition program allows employees to celebrate and appreciate each other's contributions. When you submit a High Five, your appreciation reaches not just them, but also their supervisor and our executive team. 

Did a coworker step up and help you with a challenging project? See someone delivering outstanding customer service? Want to express how much you appreciate a teammate? Give them a High Five!

Each quarter, we recognize outstanding employees who have truly excelled in their roles. This is your opportunity to nominate a colleague who has gone above and beyond in their work. Each quarter, five employees who have demonstrated excellence in their roles will be selected as Employees of the Quarter.

Employees can submit nominations by the last day of the quarter. Winners will be selected and announced at the beginning of the following quarter. 

We honor employees for their years of service to the state of Oklahoma, celebrating important milestones in their careers.  Each qualifying employee will be presented with a Year of Service Longevity Certificate and Pin for reaching a service milestone in a five-year increment (five, ten, 15, 20, etc.). This program is a testament to our appreciation for their commitment and valuable contributions to the state.


Employee Merch Store

The employee store is open the first two weeks of every month! Those wanting an additional Service Oklahoma t-shirt can purchase it for $9.50 plus tax. Sizes 2X and up will incur a $2 increment charge per size up to 6X. Please note the store is only open the first two weeks of the month. Meet Your Employee Engagement Manager

Alicia Merrick, Service Oklahoma's Employee Engagement Manager, is an Oklahoma native dedicated to fostering positive workplace cultures. With a bachelor's in strategic communications and a master's in legal studies, she actively serves on local community boards.
