The Service Oklahoma Policy Committee has been hard at work developing agency policies. Below you will find links to the approved employee policies as well as the policy development process. There are many policies in the works, so keep an eye out for future emails and newsletters for additional announcements.
Any staff member may suggest a new policy. SOK's Policy Writer works with subject matter experts to draft policies which are then reviewed and approved by the Policy Committee and leadership team.
The Policy Committee is made up of employees from all areas and the agency. They are tasked with reviewing all policy drafts and making revisions and recommendations.
Talk to your supervisor about a new policy idea. If they agree it’s a good fit, you can move forward with submitting a formal recommendation.
