Submit a nomination for a colleague, team or yourself in the categories below. Each one celebrates outstanding contributions that help move our mission forward.

This award honors someone who consistently delivers exceptional service to customers, coworkers or partners.

This award is eligible for self-nomination.

Recognizes someone who uplifts others and lives out our Neighborly value.

This award is not eligible for self-nomination.

This award celebrates someone who introduced an idea or improvement that made a difference.

This award is eligible for self-nomination.

For employees with less than 12 months of service who are already making an impact.

This award is eligible for self-nomination.

This award honors a leader who empowers and supports others.

This award is eligible for self-nomination and is open to any people leader with direct reports.

Recognizes a a team that exceeded expectations and worked together to achieve a shared goal.

This award is eligible for self-nomination and is open to formal or informal teams of two or more employees.

For Service Oklahoma locations (Licensing & Exam locations, Drive Test Centers and CDL locations) that stand out in performance, innovation or culture.

This award is eligible for self-nomination.

Recognizes outstanding performance as a driver license examiner.

This award is eligible for self-nomination.

Additional Awards

This is the highest recognition given to a non-supervisory employee and is selected from the pool of Employees of the Quarter.
