Our employee engagement activities are designed to foster collaboration, celebrate achievements and promote a supportive culture that values fun. From the annual Employee Appreciation Week to dress up days, community involvement and holiday gatherings, there’s something for everyone to get involved in.
What's Happening?
Virtual Holiday Potluck
We're inviting everyone to share their favorite recipes, whether its a longstanding family favorite or a meal you're excited to try. Submissions will be accepted all month long.
Holiday Sweater Contest
Roll the lint balls off your favorite seasonal sweater and strike a pose. Send your photos before the day ends on Friday, Dec. 19.
Door Decorating Contest
Deck the halls with your holiday-inspired door decor. Don't forget tos submit your photos by the end of the day on Friday, Dec. 19.

Employee Merch Store
Get ready to gear up with brand new SOK merch! The employee store is open the first two weeks of every month. Whether you're looking to rep SOK with a classic tee or stay cozy in a brand-new crewneck sweatshirt, there's something for everyone. Those wanting an additional Service Oklahoma t-shirt can still purchase it for $9.50 plus tax. Sizes 2X and up will incur a $2 increment charge per size up to 6X. Please note the store is only open the first two weeks of the month.

Thrive is the state employee wellness program available to all Service Oklahoma employees! Thrive works to empower state of Oklahoma employees to improve and enhance their overall well-being through eight components of wellness – physical, emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, social and spiritual – by providing programs that include a variety of education, activities and challenges for state employees and their families.

Alicia Merrick, Service Oklahoma's Employee Engagement Manager, is an Oklahoma native dedicated to fostering positive workplace cultures. With a bachelor's in strategic communications and a master's in legal studies, she actively serves on local community boards.
