Fall is about your wellness at Service Oklahoma. We’re sharing resources offered across the state to celebrate a happier, healthier you. Whether it’s learning new strategies to become more physically active, taking a brain break with a word search, investing in your mental health or exploring available THRIVE programs, we have something for you.
Benefits-eligible employees, don't forget to mark your calendars for Open Enrollment, which begins in October.
The State of Oklahoma's THRIVE program offers a variety of free support groups designed to connect people who are experiencing similar life circumstances. Whether you're caring for a loved one, managing a health condition or looking for support through a difficult season, these groups provide a welcoming space to learn, share and connect with others.
Through THRIVE, State of Oklahoma employees have access to free, self-paced financial education with OK Money Matters. These online learning modules allow you to build your financial knowledge at your own pace, whenever it's most convenient for you. This could mean from the comfort of home, on the weekend or during personal time. They're also a great option if you're unable to attend in-person financial wellness trainings.
THRIVE, which is available to all state employees, offers a stress management program. The program is a five-week virtual Teams course that teaches you how stress impacts your health, how to find your purpose and the Porter Stress Model.
THRIVE is the state employee wellness program available to all SOK employees, offering resources to support a healthier, more balanced life.
THRIVE Wellness has partnered with fitness centers across the state to offer exclusive discounts that make prioritizing health more accessible.
The Oklahoma Employee Assistance Program offers confidential assistance to promote well-being and a healthier lifestyle.
