The holiday season has arrived and we’re excited to join in the festivity! From jolly sweaters and creative workspace decorations to sharing your favorite holiday treats, there are plenty of ways to take part in the fun. Whether you’re sipping cocoa, joining a contest or simply enjoying the festive atmosphere, this time of year is all about connection and cheer. However you celebrate, it’s the perfect time to slow down, spread joy and enjoy the season together at Service Oklahoma.

Holiday Cards and Recipes
Let’s spread some holiday cheer! Share your favorite holiday recipes, yearly holiday cards or family photos to be featured in a special gallery on the intranet throughout November and December.
Door Decorating Contest
You’re invited to decorate your non-customer facing door or common area and submit photos of your decorated space by Friday, Dec. 19 for a chance to win a trophy and bragging rights!
Pictures with Santa
Santa Claus is coming to Service Oklahoma! Join us at the OKC-Classen location on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 2 - 4 p.m. Bring your family for free photos with Santa, festive drinks and delicious treats.
Holiday Sweater Contest
Break out your most festive holiday sweater and show it off on Friday, Dec. 19! Snap a photo of your holiday attire and submit it by the end of the day to enter. Winners will receive a trophy!

Mark your calendars and save the date! All Service Oklahoma employees, their families and pets are invited to join us for free photos with Santa!

Location: OKC-Classen (6015 N Classen Blvd, Building 4)
Bring your festive spirit and come on down to our annual Pictures with Santa event! Enjoy some of your festive favorites like hot beverages, snacks and photos with our very own Santa, Ed Ward.
Holiday Sweater Contest
Employee Engagement is hosting a Holiday Sweater Contest on Friday, Dec. 19. Whether your sweater is cozy, clever or completely over the top, we want to see it! To enter, email a photo of you in your holiday sweater by 5 p.m., Friday, Dec. 19. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.
Door Decorating Contest
It’s time to deck the halls – literally!
Our annual Door Decorating Contest kicks off Dec. 1. and we can’t wait to see your creativity shine. Staff are invited to decorate a non-customer facing door or wall area and email photos of their decorated door by 5 p.m., Friday, Dec. 19. Remember, all decorations must be applied using wall safe tape. Please reach out to Alicia Merrick, Employee Engagement Manager if you need tape.
Virtual Potluck Recipe Sharing
What better way to warm hearts and fill bellies than by sharing your favorite festive dishes? Whether it’s a treasured family recipe passed down through generations or a new culinary creation that has quickly become a household hit, we’re featuring SOK team members’ favorite recipes. Got a great recipe to share? Email it to sokcommunications@service.ok.gov and we’ll add it to our virtual potluck!

Dec. 24
All Service Oklahoma offices will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24 in observance of Christmas Eve.
Dec. 25
All Service Oklahoma offices will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 25 in observance of Christmas Day.
Normal business hours will resume on Friday, Dec. 26.
Dec. 27
Tulsa at The Farm and OKC - Classen will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 27.
Jan. 1
All Service Oklahoma offices will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 1 in observance of New Year's Day.
