This 16-hour CLEET-accredited class will focus on Sexual Assault Investigations and advanced investigative techniques for working both adult and child sexual abuse cases. This Course is also accredited for 2 hours of CLEET Mandatory Mental Health Training as well as 3 hours of CLEET Mandatory Annual Sexual Assault Response Training.
LESSON Topics Trauma-Informed-Victim-Interviewing Response to Sexual Assault Investigations. The Oklahoma Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) Overview and Update, Criminal Investigations Techniques, Sexual Assault Legal Update, Child Hearsay and The Foote Decision, OSBI Sexual Assault Case Studies, and A Survivor’s Voice.
