Section 390:35-5-2(g):
Continuing education training is required for renewal of an individual license.
- Private Investigators must complete a minimum of sixteen (16) hours of continuing education training from an approved source, during the licensing period to maintain their license.
- Security Guards must complete a minimum of eight (8) hours of continuing education training from an approved source, during the licensing period to maintain their license.
