Application of a Search Warrant
Description
OSBI will present an overview of the state statutes, federal statutes, and important language commonly used to apply for and serve a search warrant when needed. It will also look at several different templates used for a variety of Search Warrants, including residences, electronic devices, financial records, social media, Title 18 Subscriber information subpoenas, Multi-County Grand Jury Subpoenas, and preservation letters.
