Am I Hungry?

This program is an eight-week course that teaches you how to eat the food you love without overindulging or feeling guilty. Learn to take charge of your diet instead of feeling out of control.

The workshop tools enable you to eat healthier without depriving yourself so you can eat fearlessly and mindfully!

Sessions are conducted twice a year, one in Feb. and Aug. Sessions are from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. over the lunch hour. Thrive covers the cost of the curriculum books.
