State government of Oklahoma employees can gain access to the full features of the Calm App by signing up below. There are a limited number of spots for access and are rewarded by a first come first serve basis. Free subscriptions to the Calm app provide employees with sleep help, guided meditations, music, movement and other tools to help manage stress.
