Stress Management Program
This program is an five-week course that teaches you what stress is, how technology plays a role, pyschology of stress, finding your purpose, and the Porter Stress Model.
The stress managment workbook enables you to practically engage in the strategies discussed and have resources to continually improve your mental state!
Sessions are conducted twice a year, in the Spring and Fall. Sessions are hosted in a virtual teams meeting.
