Open Records Requests

Oklahoma’s Open Records Act [Title 51, O.S., §§ 24A.1 – 24A.31] requires an agency to provide “prompt, reasonable access” to records while employing procedures to protect the integrity and organization of the records and to prevent excessive disruption of the agency’s essential function, which is to conduct elections and certify results.

The most commonly requested information is currently available on our website including psychologist license search and contact information. (You do not need to submit an Open Records request to access this information.)

For records not available on our website, you will need to submit an Open Records request to the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists using the Open Records Request Form provided below.

NOTE: We can process requests pertaining only to records of the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. If you seek records from another public body, please direct that request to the specific public body.

Sensitive Information

Exemptions or exceptions, particularly those that may present a potential security threat, may shield a public record from disclosure.

Custom Reports

Under the Oklahoma Open Records Act, our agency is not required to create special or custom reports or organize data to fulfill public requests. Please keep in mind, all of our reports are built and organized to accommodate the conduct of business within our agency.
