The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (OSBEP) encourages individuals to verify the licensure status of any psychologist they are currently seeing or considering for services. The public may access the Board's online Psychologist Search at no cost to confirm a provider's status.  

Please note: The online search is provided for public information purposes only and does not constitute primary source verification for employment, credentialing, or other business-related purposes.

Primary Source License Verification requests may be submitted online using a credit card. A $35 non-refundable verification fee is required prior to processing the request.

The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (OSBEP) maintains a directory of actively licensed psychologists. Public information contained within the directory may include the psychologist’s name, public email address, practice address, license number, and other publicly available licensure information.

 A $200 non-refundable fee is required prior to processing the request.

The mailing list shall be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. OSBEP reserves the right to deny any request determined to be inconsistent with the Board’s statutory authority or the public interest.

A Letter of Good Standing is an official document issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists verifying that a psychologist holds an active license in Oklahoma and is currently in good standing with the Board.

Requests may be submitted online by completing the request form and paying with a credit card. A $75 non-refundable fee is required prior to processing the request.

Replacement Wall License Certificates may be requested through the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (OSBEP) for a non-refundable fee of $100.

OSBEP is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered certificates resulting from United States Postal Service (USPS) errors or incorrect mailing information provided by the requester. Licensees are responsible for reviewing their certificate upon receipt and must notify OSBEP in writing of any typographical errors or misprints within ten (10) calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may require a new replacement request and payment of applicable fees.
