Request for Applications

The Office of Juvenile Affairs is seeking to contract with a Level E Group Home porgram with an emphasis to diversify into the northeasern part of Oklahoma. This RFA is an invitation to propose service delivery for youth deemed appropriate for a Level E Program.

A Pre-Application Meeting was held on October 16, 2024, at 1:00pm.  For those who could not join the meeting live, a recording is available here. 

***NOTE*** The application for this RFA expired on 10/31/24. Any materials submitted after 10/31/24, may be considered, but priority will be granted to applicants who submitted materials before the deadline.
