Request for Applications Substance Use Specific Group Home
The Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) is pleased to announce Requests for Applications for a Substance Use Specific Level E Group Home. Youth involved with the Juvenile Justice system are using substances and are at a higher risk to become addicted. In response, OJA is seeking a program that can address this specific need.
A Pre-Application Meeting will be held August 31, 2023, at 1:00pm via Zoom Meeting Link. This informational meeting will also allow all applicants the opportunity to participate in a question-and-answer forum. Although not mandatory, this meeting is highly recommended.
*** Modification to the Request for Application / Request for Proposal issued 08/17/2023 for Substance Abuse Level E Group Home:
- Amendment #1 – Closing date has been extended to Sept 28, 2023, by 11:59 PM
- Amendment #2 – Size of Group Home may be 12 to 16 beds
- Amendment #3 – Applications / Proposals may be either for Coed or Male Facility
