Angela’s 120-Day Transformation
Angela, a single mother of four who had been unemployed for several months, first heard about Madison Strategies Group (MSG) from a friend. Encouraged by the recommendation and determined to build a better future for her family, she enrolled in MSG’s WorkAdvance program, a SNAP Employment and Training (E&T) provider in Tulsa. Angela began with Career Readiness Training, where she developed essential workplace skills, strengthened her resume and interviewing skills, and prepared for the job search process. With support from her Career Advisor, she then enrolled in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training. Through SNAP E&T and MSG’s comprehensive support, including transportation assistance, personalized coaching, and help with required supplies, Angela stayed focused and successfully completed her training
Shortly after earning her CNA certification, Angela secured employment with a large local company and now earns 20% more than she did in her previous job. Her journey from unemployment to a fulfilling career took just four months, a testament to her determination and the comprehensive support provided by MSG.
