Toddlers Leading Babies: BuildingYour Bench
Description
This eight-hour workshop was developed with Hank Prim specifically in response to the leadership development challenges we’ve heard from law enforcement leaders. Rather than waiting until after promotion to develop supervisors, the course focuses on how agencies can intentionally build judgment, confidence, and leadership capacity throughout an officer’s career.
