The CPSL Supervisor School is a highly engaging, 5-dayin-person program for new supervisors and those seeking a refresher. By the end of the week, you'll have drafted an outline for navigating difficult conversations and delivered a short presentation-sharpening your public-speaking skills and honing strategies for pitching solutions to Command staff.
