The Foundations of Frontline Leadership Certificate equips aspiring supervisors and new supervisors with practical skills and tools as they launch their leadership careers. This 40-hour program is offered in a hybrid format to provide greater flexibility for departments concerned with staffing levels and travel costs. Participants will: define their leadership philosophy, develop a professional development portfolio, create an action plan, and receive one-on-one coaching and written feedback on all assignments.
