This high-intensity training mirrors real-world challenges, elevating heart rate, breathing, and emotional focus to prepare participants for dangerous situations. Scenarios include graphic content and offensive language to enhance realism, with role play, force-on-Force drills, and hands-on traffic stop exercises.
