Part 107 Ground School (Drone Test Prep)
Description
This training is to prepare candidates for sitting for the Part 107 Remote Pilot Test.
• This is the Unmanned Aerial Systems license needed to fly UAS (drones) commercially. • Included in this training is instruction on UAS History, Rules, Weather, Air Space, Flight Dynamics, Flight Controls, Crew Resource Management, Communications and Operations. • Completion of this training DOES NOT grant you a Part 107 Certificate but equips you with the knowledge to pass the test. • Included in the training is the process and locations needed to take the test for your FAA Remote Pilot Certificate. This is a 24-hour training and includes the test prep. Once training is complete, trainees are encouraged to test as soon as possible. There is no skills test for the Part 107 Certificate only the knowledge test.
