Effective Fitness Combative Phase 1

This course’s design and purpose is to learn to utilize Effective Fitness Combative (EFC) skills during hands-on encounters. During phase 1 of this phase 4 program the student will learn certain skills to defend grabs and break grips. Such skills will consist of wrist break, arm drags, defending grabs and beating the elbow mindset. The student will also be taught how to perform a misdemeanor EFC handcuffing method and an introduction to body lock takedown into nearside arm control to roll to stomach. We will host phases 2 through 4 in the following months at the Tahlequah Police Department. The $50 paid will be a one-time fee for all 4 phases. Suggested equipment- duty belt with handcuffs, athletic pants, t-shirt, wrestling shoes (optional), water bottle.
