The Guardians of the Heart is a multidisciplinary conference focusing on training for law enforcement, emergency medical care, and fire / rescue professionals. Some of the hosted law enforcement training events for this year’s conference will be Travis Yates – “Law Enforcement Recruiting and Retention” and “F.O.C.U.S. Pre- Incident Threat Recognition Certification -Seconds to Survive”, Jeff Morefield – On Call Project – “Next Phase Leadership -Leading with Purpose into the Next Chapter”, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, Paul Hawk – “Investigating Marijuana Grow Operations”, Gary Berryhill – Peer Support & Training Manager – “Surviving and Thriving Your Career as a First Responder”, Ben Leavens – “K-9 Emergency Care”, Kyle Arnell – Quapaw Nation Paramedic – “Stop the Bleed”, Ryan Shields – Black Rifle Ordinance – “Firearms Training”, Royce Gracie – “G.R.A.C.I.E. Gracie Retention and Control for Immediate Enforcement”, along with many other training options. The conference fee is $25.00 for all three days of training with breakfast and lunch being provided. Early registration is recommended.
