A First Responder founded Non-Profit Organization, OnCallProject (OCP), provides resources for the professional development and personal growth of all First Responders in search tactics and strategies to keep them in the fight while focused on their career. Whether you’re 3 years or 25+ years into your service, we want your story to be of success. Training will focus on forging consistent, and habit based resilient futures in our First Responder Community. It is geared towards those who desire to understand their retirement/pension system, improve their physical endurance and reinforce their mental strength.
