Description
This 3-day course presents the most current TTPs available and focuses on 3- to 5 man elements. We'll discuss equipment selection & setup, leadership concepts, task organization, communication, positive identification of shoot/no-shoots, and movement to, on, and from an objective, among other topics. This first foundational course in the two-course series reinforces core concepts with force-on-paper and force-on-force skills training exercises using equipment commonly available to all LE personnel. Experienced role players will provide a near-peer training feedback experience. Students/agencies must provide their own FoF weapons & munitions (a packing list with quantities will be sent out upon registration). Airsoft guns firing at velocities no greater than 450fps are an acceptable alternative to UTM or Simuniton converted firearms. Agencies registering more than two students will see an automatic discount for each registration in their carts at checkout.
