These long-held narratives lack substantive justification in today’s era of Gun Ownership. It is imperative that today’s Law Enforcement Professionals and American Gun owners cultivate a robust understanding of case law, complemented by theoretical knowledge, practical proficiency and “Hands-On” Competency in all aspects of Gun Ownership and Self Defense.
Today’s Reality is that Criminal, Civil and Liability issues are oftentimes “Professional and Personal Death Sentences” for Law Enforcement, and Gun Owners Nationwide. Today’s Gun Owners cannot afford to make the same mistakes when it comes to Gun Ownership and self-defense. Today’s policing has a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for firearm related “Mishaps”.
This course is designed to teach Law Enforcement and Gun Owners the essential knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and mitigate potential Criminal, Civil and Liability concerns. It will emphasize the critical importance of rigorous training, unwavering adherence to legal standards, and a comprehensive understanding of pertinent Supreme Court, 10th Circuit Court, and Oklahoma Case Law. This course will explore the following: Constitutional Carry, LEOSA, Off Duty Carry, Conceal Carry Permits, Law Enforcement Contact, Active Shooter Incidents, Church Security Teams, Shooting Investigations, Castle Doctrine, Traffic stops, Marijuana and Guns, Alcohol and Guns, Castle Doctrine, Force on Force and much more.
