Description
This course would be applicable to: any CLEET certified peace officer that is interested in learning more on crime scene investigation and processing. There is no prior crime scene processing knowledge necessary to register for this course. This course will cover legal issues involved in crime scene processing, crime scene methodology, search methods for crime scenes, crime scene photography, fingerprint and biological evidence collection methods, impression evidence collection, crime scene sketching, digital evidence collection and procedures, narrative writing, and an intro into documenting shooting scenes and blood evidence. No pre-requisites or experience for this course. No equipment is needed. There will be no class on Nov. 11th due to observance of Veterans Day.
