This course teaches a two-way model: how different people receive messages, how assumptions and shortcuts derail trust, and how to listen in a way that improves the next interaction—not just the current one. You’ll leave with tools for home, the job, and tense conversations where tone matters as much as words.
Your enrollment cost includes a hot breakfast, snacks, and drinks (coffee, tea, water, sodas). Attendance is limited to only 16 people per RESeT session, and pre-registration is required.
