We'll show how value collisions create fast escalation between people and groups, and how that stress spills into your body, your tone, and your decisions. You'll also learn how 'inner conflict' (when your actions and beliefs don't match) quietly increases stress—and what to do about both in the real world. Your enrollment cost includes breakfast, snacks, and drinks (coffee, tea, water, sodas). Attendance is limited to only 16 people per session, and pre-registration is required.
