A First Responder founded Non-Profit Organization, OnCallProject (OCP) is the vehicle of resources for the professional development and personal growth of Police Officers in search of opportunities to translate their skill set during career and into the private sector after service. Whether you’re 3 years or 25+ years into your service, we want your story to be of success. Through a curated network of business professionals, OCP aims to develop tailored programs to equip officers/deputies that have served their community with tools, knowledge and resources to thrive in their elongated careers now in the private sector. A versatile job transition training project equipping these individuals with essential skills, financial guidance, and holistic health approaches, preparing them for meaningful roles during their career and after their service in the private sector. You will gain the knowledge base in constructing your resume along with interview training for current positions and later job opportunities. Through strategic partnerships with corporate entities, we facilitate job opportunities fostering continuous mentorship, resources, stability and confidence for these heroes and their families. *Limited to 40 participants.*
